The reference in my headline is to the mythic sculptor who shaped his ideal woman from ivory.
Aphrodite then blessed him by not just bringing the statue to life, but uniting them in mutual passion leading to a happy marriage. It's a myth that inspires me and speaks strongly to what I am looking for. I am (pre-everything) trans-feminine. Or to put it another way - if partners were houses I'd be a fixer-upper with a lot of potential. For us to click the idea of taking an active role in transforming a poor, middle aged twink into your ideal (trans) Lady and partner should excite equal levels of fantasy and passion in you.

My personality traits include: empathy (which informs my sense of what is just and right), a smoldering, just beneath the surface amorousness/passion, curiosity, communicativeness, thoughtfulness, serenity, deference (in many, though not all, areas and most pronounced in intimacy), a tendency toward a kind of agnostic spirituality but not dogmatic religiosity, optimism for the future, and an introverted love for home and one on one or small group socializing which I can overcome provided I know I'll be given space to recharge later. There are also shades of iconoclasm (in my spiritual/political perspectives) and eccentricism (sub-cultural and intimate interests).

Broadly, my interests include culture, mythology and comparative religion, history, science, (left) politics, sci-fi and fantasy, gaming, food (love to cook, and learn new dishes, and, if I do say so myself, am pretty good at it), and just love learning generally (I would especially love to learn a new language). My greatest interest and passion though is and always will be: Men.

I list my orientation as bi because while I have an overriding passion for men - I am open to: men who were assigned female at birth (transmen); as well as very infrequent adventures involving women if it pleases the primary (or sole) man in my life to arrange that.

I would prefer a monogamous or *explicitly negotiated* polyamorous relationship. If you prefer monogamous unions but in honest reflection realize you have a tendency to adventure outside those confines - then it is the second option we should be taking.
